Jian Yu is a Lecturer and Research Fellow at Faculty of ICT of Swinburne University of Technology. He holds a PhD degree in computer software and theory from Peking University. Prior to join Swinburne, he worked at The University of Adelaide as Research Associate and then Associate Lecturer. From 2006 to 2008, he worked in Italy as Task Leader in European Union IST FP6 Project OPUCE with Bell Labs Germany, Telecom Italia, Telefonica Spain and Red Hat. He also worked at Lenovo Beijing as J2EE consultant for about two years.
