<br>Dr Lou Yun joined SMU in 2017. Prior to joining SMU, she taught the Executive, MBA, and Master programs at HEC Paris. She received her PhD in Accounting from London Business School. Her research focuses on the intersection between debt contracting and corporate disclosure. She has published in the Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Review of Accounting Studies, and Management Science, among others.
