<br>Carrie Pan joined the Santa Clara University faculty in 2007. Her teaching interests include corporate finance, international finance, and investments.
<br>Her scholarship has included research in global corporate governance and dividend policies, and management changes and the effect on firm value.
<br>She worked as an research engineer before turning to the academic side of finance.
<br>She received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from Zhejiang University (China), her MBA at Santa Clara University, and earned her Ph.D. in finance from the Ohio State University.
