Steven H. Low教授是美国加州理工学院计算与数学科学系以及电气工程系教授，IEEE Fellow，担任IEEE Transactions on Control of Network Systems, IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications等国际权威杂志高级编辑。IEEE Transactions on Network Science & Engineering督导委员会成员。此外，他还是IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等杂志的编辑。

Professor of the Computing & Mathematical Sciences and Electrical Engineering Departments at Caltech, and an adjunct professor of both Swinburne University, Australia and Shanghai Jiaotong University, China. He was a co-recipient of the IEEE best paper awards in 2007 and 1997, and the 1996 R&D 100 Award. He was a member of the Networking and Information Technology Technical Advisory Group for the US President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). He received his B.S. from Cornell University and PhD from Berkeley, and is an IEEE Fellow.
