中华医学会呼吸病学分会青年委员会副主任委员，国家“青年”专家生物医药小组组长，浙江省“”特聘专家，浙江省杰出青年科学基金获得者，浙江省卫生创新人才。一直致力于慢性气道炎症和呼吸系统肿瘤中基因组稳定性的分子调控机制和靶向治疗的研究，注重基础医学与临床医学相结合，逐渐在这些领域形成了具有特色和影响力的系统性研究体系。主持多项国家自然科学基金优青项目、面上项目、中组部项目、科技部973项目课题和国家重点研发计划项目课题等。发表SCI论文40余篇，总影响因子超过300分。其中以第一或通讯作者（含共同）在国际权威学术期刊Nature（2015）、Nature Cell Biology（2013）、Gastroenterology（2017）、Journal of Allergy & Clinical Immunology（2017）、Cancer Research（2012、2016）、Nucleic Acids Research（2009）、Journal of Infectious Diseases（2008）、International Journal of Cancer（2014）、Carcinogenesis（2013）等发表SCI论文20余篇。4篇论文被Faculty of 1000推荐。其主要成果被Nature、Science、Cell、Nature Reviews Cancer、Nature Reviews Drug Discovery、Nature Reviews Genetics、Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology、Nature Cell Biology、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Cell Stem Cell、Molecular Cell、Developmental Cell等杂志引用超过1300次，受到国际同行广泛关注。受邀担任英国肺脏基金会（British Lung Foundation）和丹麦独立研究委员会（Danish Council for Independent Research）项目评审专家，SCI期刊《The Clinical Respiratory Journal》编委，《国际呼吸》杂志通讯编委。</div>
