程柯,美国北卡州立大学-北卡大学教堂山分校联合生物医学工程系教授、北卡州立大学分子生物医学系教授,北卡州立大学Randall B. Terry, Jr.再生医学杰出讲席教授,细胞与分子医学杂志(JCMM)助理主编。主要研究方向为干细胞治疗,干细胞外泌体,生物材料。致力于干细胞及其衍生物治疗心脏、肺脏等相关疾病的基础和转化研究。研究课题包括心血管生物学、血小板仿生材料、双特异性抗体、纳米/微米生物材料、干细胞/肿瘤细胞迁移/渗出机制、外泌体治疗与组织再生、外泌体与肿瘤治疗等多个方向。
程柯,2004年毕业于浙江大学制药工程专业,目前担任北卡大学教堂山分校-北卡州立大学联合生物医学工程系教授、北卡州立大学分子生物医学系教授,兰道尔·特瑞(Randall B. Terry, Jr.)杰出讲席教授,大学教务长办公室分管交叉学科的执行主任,美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)生物材料和生物界面基金评审专家组主席。他是国际医学与生物工程学院(IAMBE)会士,美国医学与生物工程学院(AIMBE) 会士, 美国心脏病协会(AHA) 会士。他所创立的生物技术公司 Xsome Biotech 目前正在积极开发细胞外囊泡在心肺组织再生和修复、癌症治疗和精确给药等领域的应用。程教授是美国细胞外囊泡协会(American Association of Extracellular Vesicles)共同创始人,爱思唯尔出版集团《细胞外囊泡》(Extracellular Vesicle)杂志主编,《生物活性材料》( Bioactive Materials)杂志副主编。

<br>Dr. Ke Cheng is a Randall B. Terry, Jr. Distinguished Professor in Regenerative Medicine in the Department of Molecular Biomedical Sciences at NC State University and in the UNC/NCSU joint Department of Biomedical Engineering. He is an adjunct professor at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He also serves as the co-director of the functional tissue engineering program at the Comparative Medicine Institute. Dr. Cheng’s formal education began with a B.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Zhejiang University, followed by a Ph.D. degree in Biological Engineering from University of Georgia and post-graduate training and junior faculty experiences at UCLA School of Medicine and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Cheng’s research has been published in journals like Lancet, Nature BME, Nature Comms, Science Advances, J of Clinical Investigation, Circulation, Circulation Research, Biomaterials and others. His work has been directly translated into two successful Investigational New Drug (IND) applications and licensed to several biotech companies. Dr. Cheng is Associate Editor of J Cell Mol Med and editorial board member of Circulation Research. He is a Fellow of AIBME and AHA. He is also a chartered member of the NIH BMBI Study Section (2019-2023).
