蒋仕彬，苏州图森激光有限公司创始人。研究方向：光纤激光器研发。 1986年获得浙江大学学士学位，1989年获得中科院上海光机所硕士学位，1996年获得法国雷恩第一大学博士学位。其一直从事激光和器件的研究，2005年当选为国际光学工程学会(SPIE)会士(Fellow)，2008年当选为美国陶瓷学会(ACerS)会士(Fellow)，2011年当选为美国光学学会(OSA)会士(Fellow)。1998年其和其他几位教授一起合伙创办了美国NP Photonics公司，2007年个人创办了美国AdValue Photonics公司，2011年在苏州创办苏州图森激光有限公司。2005年获得国际玻璃协会Gottardi 大奖，2012年及2014年获得被称为科技创新奥斯卡奖的R＆D100奖。

Dr. Shibin Jiang is President AdValue Photonics Inc and Adjunct Research Professor at College of Optical Sciences, University of Arizona. Before he founded AdValue Photonics Inc in June 2007, he served as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of NP Photonics Inc. Dr. Jiang obtained his BS from Zhejiang University, MS from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, and Ph.D. degree in 1996 from Universite de Rennes 1. He authored more than 100 publications, edited 14 proceeding books, delivered more than 25 invited talks, and holds 26 issued US patents. Dr. Jiang was awarded with the Gottardi Prize in 2005 from International Commission on Glass (ICG). He is elected as a fellow of International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE) in 2005 and a fellow of the American Ceramic Society in 2008.
